About me
I aim to provide a safe, supportive space where clients feel truly seen & heard, where we can explore the difficulties you are experiencing at a pace that feels right for you.
My approach is collaborative and interactive, drawing from a range of therapeutic modalities to meet your specific needs. Whether you are working through trauma, anxiety, relational challenges or difficulties within intimate or sexual relationships, our aim will be to work together to better understand patterns, process experiences and identify meaningful ways forward.
I have completed specialised training in Trauma, PTSD, Menopause, Couples & Sex Therapy, and I am a GSRD, Kink & BDSM aware counsellor.
Looking for a counsellor can be daunting and scary, at a time when you are already feeling vulnerable, anxious, isolated, stressed and/or overwhelmed. If any of this resonates with you, or if something else is troubling you, get in touch via email or a call so we can start working together.
