About me
I take an integrative approach to meet my clients needs, incorporating well established approaches such as Psychodynamic, Person-centred, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Attachment Theory, Somatic, CBT and Mindfulness to help my clients explore, find growth, self-acceptance and emotional wellbeing.
I have completed specialised training in Trauma, PTSD, Menopause, Couples & Sex Therapy, and I am a GSRD, Kink & BDSM aware counsellor.
Looking for a counsellor can be daunting and scary, at a time when you are already feeling vulnerable, anxious, isolated, stressed and/or overwhelmed. If any of this resonates with you, or if something else is troubling you, get in touch via email or a call so we can start working together.
