About me

I am a qualified Integrative Person-Centred Counsellor offering a warm, supportive, and non-judgemental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace. I work with children, teenagers, and adults, tailoring my approach to meet each individual’s emotional and developmental needs. My practice draws on Person-Centred values alongside creative methods such as art and writing, and I may also integrate elements of CBT and Mindfulness where helpful. I offer both face-to-face and remote sessions, and I am a registered member of the BACP MBACP (Accred), working in line with their Ethical Framework. My aim is to support you in building emotional resilience, increasing self-awareness, and finding a greater sense of wellbeing.

Training, qualifications & experience

I hold a BSc (Hons) in Counselling and am a qualified Integrative Person-Centred Counsellor. My core training is rooted in the Person-Centred approach, and I have also undertaken additional training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, and creative therapeutic techniques, including art and writing. I have extensive experience working with children, teenagers, and adults across a range of emotional and psychological issues, including anxiety, depression, grief, low self-esteem, and life transitions. My experience includes working in schools and private practice, where I tailor my approach to suit the age, developmental stage, and individual needs of each client. I am a registered member of the BACP (Accred) and work in full accordance with their Ethical Framework.
