Supervision details
I am a Person-Centred counsellor offering creative and collaborative supervision for qualified therapists and trainees. While my core approach is Person-Centred, I also draw on a range of humanistic models and integrate tools from CBT, Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), and Mindfulness where appropriate to support your clinical work and professional well-being.
Supervision with me is a reflective space where you are encouraged to bring your whole self and work in a way that feels authentic. I welcome exploration through creative methods, such as art and writing, particularly when these techniques reflect your own client work or offer new ways of understanding relational dynamics.
I have extensive experience counselling children, teenagers, and adults, and understand the diverse challenges that come with working across age groups and settings. I aim to support your growth, celebrate your strengths, and gently challenge where needed—always with respect and empathy.
I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP) and adhere to their Ethical Framework. My practice is fully insured, and supervision sessions last 90 minutes.
