About me

Life is difficult sometimes... I understand it can seem daunting taking the first step to seek therapy. My name is Tracy Glencross and I am a qualified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT) based in Edinburgh. I offer talking therapy in a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment to explore the difficulties you are experiencing in your life.

Through 1:1 counselling sessions we can explore the underlying reasons you have sought therapy and collaboratively work together to understand and cope with these issues.

I have a degree in Psychology and Sociology which enables me to support you understand why you may behave and respond in certain ways through a trauma informed lens.

I have experience working in several areas. However, I have extensive knowledge in the field of addictions and relapse prevention, anxiety management and working with children and teenagers.

Kind regards

Tracy
