Tracie Bowerman. BABCP Accredited CBT Therapist
Coming to therapy can be a relief, although it can also feel like a step into the unknown and be frightening. I am a warm, empathic and experienced therapist, firstly my priority is to support you to feel more at ease.
I have experience which includes working in GP surgeries, charities, private mental health hospital (general psychiatry) environment offering individual and groupwork, along with employee assisted programme experience.
I offer to facilitate your change and development through the collaborative identification of repeated patterns of behaviours, thinking and emotional responses. In doing so, gently exploring past experiences and how events in your life shape some unhelpful ways of coping in your daily life. CBT is a well researched therapy approach, which has shown high success rates in a variety of problems. CBT is used widely within the NHS and is a short or longer term, collaborative, empathic and goal orientated approach.

The Arch Clinic, Highfield House, Bartons Rd Fordingbridge, Hants SP6 1AB.
