About me
Reaching out is the hardest step and takes courage, life can be tough on us sometimes and we need a little help to understand our thoughts and feelings to enable us to explore ways to change a situation or an issue that is holding us back or making life difficult
Having someone to allow you to openly discuss and explore a problem or issue without judgement but with empathy and understanding is a crucial part of therapy and gives the client the opportunity to safely express themselves and let go of any fears, worries or hurts that they may be holding onto
I work using an integrative approach as I feel therapy is not a one size fits all, therefore I am able to offer Person-Centred counselling, CBT, Psychodynamic etc dependant on the needs of each individual client. As a Hypnotherapist, I am able to help with smoking, weight loss, gastric band, fears and phobias and much more.
I am confident that everyone can benefit from therapy for many reasons and I offer a calm environment in which to carry this out. My therapy room is private and inviting to carry out counselling, hypnotherapy, and reiki. I myself am very passionate about health and wellbeing and enjoy my work, it is extremely rewarding to help others.
Getting Started
I offer a free 15 minute phone call to discuss what you would like help with and what you want to get out of counselling. Following on, a face to face or online session can be booked to obtain a fuller consultation leading onto regular sessions.
