About me
Hello and welcome,
My name is Tina Fair. I am a qualified and accredited therapist with over 10 years experience. I run a counselling practice based in the beautiful Scottish Highlands.
I work with individuals who are feeling stuck in some way, to recognize what is holding them back and support them to make the changes they want.
If you're struggling to make progress, break bad habits or just feel like you're "going round in circles" I would be pleased to support you in finding solutions that allow you to enjoy life again. (Even if you've been feeling that way for years!)
Some of the areas I work with include improving relationships (partner, family, social, work based), finances, career, self-esteem and confidence; addressing anger, compulsive behaviours (over eating, over spending, binge drinking etc), anxiety, depression and chronic health conditions.
If you've been promising yourself you'll lose weight, get a new job, communicate better with your partner but you just never seem to be able to make it stick? If you know what you should be doing but just can't do it? If on the surface your life looks great but you can't help feeling low or anxious I may be able to help.
I offer the space to explore these issues honestly, openly and without judgement and my aim is to see you leave counselling with the tools, knowledge and skills to to overcome any similar obstacles in the future.
If you'd like to know more, further information can be found on my website www.beyondattachment.com/counselling
I offer late afternoon/evening appointments of 60 minutes on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis. Short and longer term therapy available or maybe you'd just like a single session to focus on one issue and get you heading in the right direction again.
Please do get in touch to book your first session.
Tel: 07423686628 (**Please leave a message, however brief, otherwise I will be unable to return your call**).

I aim to respond to all messages within 1 working day.
