Tim Charnock Dip.Couns MBACP
Corona virus is effecting the way we all are having to live our lives. Whether it's giving financial concerns, feeling stuck in at home, or being unable to see your loved ones. There seems to be nothing untouched. Is this raising your anxiety or stress or do you simply feel the need to be heard?
The aim of counselling is to create a safe, non-judgmental, confidential and supportive environment for you for you to express yourself and be heard. A place where you are able to explore and resolve what’s brought you to therapy safely. Whether this is something of historical significance to you or something more immediate in your life.
With the chance to explore and understand how you relate to yourself internally and with others around you, you will have the opportunity to make new more informed choices for yourself in moving your life forward and potentially leaving your issues behind you.
I have had the pleasure of being able to help many clients take back their power of personal understanding and find the ability to choose a new way to live.
Having a long time experience as a senior counselor at a prominent Barnstaple based charity I bring a wide range of counselling skills and styles to create a style that is as individual as you are.
I am based centrally in Barnstaple in a comfortable and private room but also offer telephone or online face-time appointments.
Please feel free to contact me if you wish to discuss any particular needs or requirements.
