About me

My name is Tiffany and I am a fully qualified integrative counsellor working face to face in Chippenham, Wiltshire and online.

There isn't always a specific issue that will lead you to make the decision to seek counselling. Maybe you are exhausted but can't get to sleep because you can't stop thoughts racing around your head? Maybe you crave connection but find yourself cancelling plans because it feels like too much to be around people? Maybe you feel unable to trust yourself to make decisions because you are unsure of who you really are? Or maybe something just doesn't feel quite right and you need a safe and non judgemental space to explore what's going on for you? I have supported clients through all of these scenarios and many more.

A person-centred way of working is at the core of my client work, but I can also draw from a range of other models in order to provide each client with the support they need. I provide a warm, empathetic and non-judgemental space for clients to share their struggles, thoughts and feelings. By having a unique space to feel heard, understood and accepted, I can support my clients to move forward.
