About us
If you’re feeling anxious, stressed, burnt out or overwhelmed by what you’re dealing with right now, you’re not alone. Maybe you’re struggling with panic attacks, low self-esteem, overthinking or people-pleasing. Perhaps you’re coping with relationship problems, trauma or the emotional impact of a long-term health condition. You may simply want a space where you can slow down, understand what’s happening and find a steadier way forward.
I’m the director of The Space For You Clinic, and together with my team of experienced therapists, we offer warm, evidence-based psychological support for adults, young people and couples. Our goal is to help you feel more grounded, confident and connected—to yourself and to the people around you.
How we can help
With over 10 years’ NHS experience, I use an integrative approach grounded in CBT, EMDR, ACT and Compassion-Focused Therapy, always tailored to your individual needs. You may work with me or with one of our highly trained therapists, depending on what feels like the best fit for you.
We offer support with:
- Anxiety, panic attacks & overthinking
- Burnout, stress & work-related pressure
- Low self-esteem & people-pleasing
- Relationship problems (individual & couple therapy)
- Trauma & difficult early experiences
- Body image & emotional eating
- Long-term conditions & health-related stress
- Cultural identity & adjustment
- Screening and diagnostic assessments for adults who suspect they may live with ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder)
Support for English, Afrikaans, Polish and Italian speakers. Therapy is available online and in person (limited availability).
Our Approach
We believe therapy should feel safe, human and grounded. Our approach includes:
- A warm, understanding space where you can talk openly
- Support to make sense of your emotions and experiences
- Practical strategies to manage anxiety, reduce stress and navigate difficult moments
- A focus on building resilience and long-term change—not quick fixes
- A personalised process shaped around who you are and what you need
You don’t have to have everything figured out before starting therapy. You only need a first step.
Working with the Right Therapist
It’s completely normal to feel unsure about where to start or how to choose the right therapist. That’s why I take time to understand what you’re looking for and help you connect with the clinician who’s the best match. You don’t have to figure it out alone—we guide you through this process with care.
Languages Offered
We provide therapy in English, Afrikaans, Polish and Italian. Many clients prefer exploring feelings, identity or family experiences in the language that feels most natural to them.
Why Choose Online Therapy?
Most of our therapists offer online therapy. Online therapy gives you flexibility, privacy, and access to high-quality support from the comfort of your own space. Whether you’re juggling a busy schedule, living abroad, or simply prefer virtual sessions, we make it easier for you to access the help you need.
Fees
Our fees vary depending on the therapist and type of therapy (individual or couples). Please get in touch for details.
Next Steps
I offer a free 15-minute consultation so we can speak about what you’re going through and decide together what feels right for you.
If you’re ready to explore the next step, we’re here to support you.
