About me
Struggling to stay present, connect meaningfully, or untangle the knots of past experiences? I’m a compassionate, trauma-informed therapist offering a safe space for healing and personal growth. Whether you’re facing symptoms of depression, anxiety (including generalised anxiety, OCD, health anxiety, and social anxiety), phobias, trauma, low self-confidence, stress or relationship challenges—I’m here to support you. I have experience working with neurodivergent clients, supporting those with autism and/or ADHD, helping them navigate emotional regulation, executive functioning, and self-acceptance.
As an integrative therapist, I tailor sessions to suit individual needs. I use a blend of techniques helping you to gain awareness, implement effective coping strategies, develop stronger communication and relationship skills, and explore the patterns and experiences, often rooted in childhood, that may still be shaping your present.
I’ve supported people of diverse age groups and backgrounds across mental health charities, the NHS, domestic abuse and sexual assault services, trauma recovery organisations, and corporate wellness and business'.
Sessions are available both in-person and online, creating flexible, accessible support that meets you where you are. If you're looking for someone who will holistically support your emotional wellbeing and walk alongside you at a pace that feels safe please reach out to me.
I offer a free 20-minute telephone consultation so you can ask questions, get a sense of my style, and decide if I’m the right fit for your journey.
