About me
I have experience working with individuals experiencing various difficulties such as depression, anxiety disorders (social anxiety, health anxiety, OCD), panic, phobias, trauma symptoms, low self-esteem and confidence, relationship/communication breakdown, stress or a feeling of disconnect from yourself and others. I offer a safe and non-judgmental space to explore difficult emotions or conflicts you may wish to address. I work using a variety of methods whereby I can support by offering alternative coping strategies and techniques in line with CBT or offer reflection to help you increase your awareness of your needs.
I am an integrative counsellor with the working relationship between me and my client at the core of the support I provide. I have experience of supporting individuals from a range of backgrounds and ages. I have worked with mental health charities, NHS mental health services, trauma support services and private corporations.
I offer support both virtually and face-to-face so if you are interested in working with someone who will meet you where you are at, take your healing at the pace you require, and holistically support you and all your needs then I would love to work with you.
Please don't hesitate to reach out for a consultation and to meet or speak before you decide.
