Supervision details
I offer clinical supervision for trainee and qualified counsellors who are looking for a supportive, reflective, and ethically grounded space to develop their practice. My approach is integrative and relational, drawing on CBT, TA, Person‑Centred, Gestalt and Psychodynamic perspectives to help you deepen your understanding of your work and strengthen your therapeutic identity.
My background includes NHS services, mental health charities, trauma‑focused organisations, and private practice. I have particular experience supporting neurodivergent clients (especially ADHD), as well as individuals navigating stress, burnout, emotional regulation, and relational patterns. My supervision style embodies collaborative curiosity attuned to both the practitioner and the client material.
Supervision with me is a space to explore clinical work, build confidence, reflect on challenges, and integrate theory with your own intuitive and embodied ways of working. I welcome supervisees who value warmth, creativity, and thoughtful clinical rigour.
Sessions are available online or face‑to‑face. Concessionary rates for students available.
