About me

What can I offer?

My approach to therapy is centred around you. Whether you’re curious about the therapy process or experiencing difficult feelings and need someone to speak to, I am here to help. Together, we can work towards helping you become more attuned to your wants, needs, feelings, dreams, and boundaries. I work both online and outdoors, offering walk-and-talk therapy.

How often do you feel you can speak openly, without judgment? I want to create a space for you to be entirely yourself. A space where you can explore your feelings and thoughts openly with someone who holds them and you in complete acceptance. I hope to hear and see you truly and help you deeply meet yourself at the same time.

Our Process

No two clients or sessions are the same; your journey is completely unique to you. What we explore, how that feels, and what that looks like is based on wherever you are at that day. I am interested in how we physically hold and feel through our emotions and experiences. Holding curiosity about what our body tells us when we feel things like excitement, disappointment, or distress.

Talking therapy implies simply sitting and speaking what’s on your mind, but I am mindful of the wealth of knowledge our bodies may hold. Therefore, the process of becoming more attuned to ourselves may look different from just sitting and talking. If you ask yourself what you need right now, aside from the mental to-do list that may come, you may also need a deep, soothing breath, rolling your neck in circles, or shaking your arms out with a big sigh.

Or, perhaps you would prefer to go for a walk and have our session outdoors. Whether you spend time in nature or feel like you don't get outside enough, Walk-and-Talk therapy offers a dynamic and enriching space for our sessions. I have locations identified as suitable and accessible for our sessions around Stirling, and suitability for walk and talk can be discussed in our initial consultation.

You deserve to feel more attuned and in touch with yourself, your feelings, and processes. I am here to listen, to provide a sense of grounding, and to be a gentle presence in your journey.
