About me

What can I offer?

How often do you feel you can speak openly without judgement? I want to create a space for you to be entirely yourself, where you can explore your feelings and thoughts openly with someone who is not going to judge or offer unsolicited advice. Together, we can work towards helping you become better attuned to your wants, needs, feelings, dreams, and boundaries.

Whether you’re curious about the therapy process, needing support through life's challenges, or would like to develop a better relationship with yourself and others, I am here to help.

Our Process

No two clients or sessions are the same; your journey is completely unique to you. Because of that, I offer online, in-person office, and outdoor walk-and-talk sessions in Stirling.

As a person-centred experiential therapist I am interested in how we experience the world and ourselves, through our minds and bodies. I believe our minds are incredibly powerful machines that deserve respect and understanding, but they can have their blind spots. This means I am mindful of the wealth of information our body holds as an experiencer within the world as well. My approach is rooted in the person-centred principles of non-judgement, authenticity, and empathy. In addition, I don't seek to direct or instruct you how to use our sessions or how to live your life. My hope is that together we can create a mutual, respectful, warm, and trusting relationship that facilitates your freedom for expression.
