About me

Feeling low, anxious or overwhelmed? Struggling with life's challenges?
You're not alone.  Let's make sense of what's going on and find a way forward.

Counselling with me, either in-person in central Newton Abbot or online, gives you space to explore what’s going on, understand your emotions and patterns, and find new ways to take care of yourself and move forward.

I have particular experience in working with anxiety, low mood and burn out as well as parents struggling with the demands of family life, those facing life-transitions like loss or career change, and women dealing with hormonal changes.

My approach is warm, real, and down-to-earth. I don’t believe in quick fixes or one-size-fits-all answers. I’m trained in a range of counselling methods and I can talk you through some of this theory as we work together.

Counselling with me isn’t about having it all figured out. It’s about showing up as you are and being met with care, curiosity, and support.

I’ll be alongside you as you make sense of things and start to feel more like yourself. Sometimes that means listening closely; sometimes it means gently challenging you to see something differently. Either way, you’ll be heard.

Life can be complicated. Let’s make sense of it, together.
