About me
People come to therapy for many different reasons. You may be carrying emotions, memories, or experiences that feel heavy, tangled, or confusing. I can help you make sense of what feels overwhelming, stuck, or unclear.
Whether you’re navigating trauma, anxiety, life transitions, relationship patterns, or simply seeking a place to reconnect, every part of you is welcome.
As an integrative psychotherapist, I draw from a rich blend of therapeutic approaches so our work can be shaped around your unique needs, history, and way of being. Rather than following a single method, I weave together humanistic, relational, psychodynamic, somatic, and creative modalities, allowing the therapy to meet you where you are.
My approach is warm and attuned, supporting you to deepen your self‑understanding and move toward greater ease, connection, and wholeness. As a trauma‑informed practitioner, I work with great respect for your nervous system and at your pace.
In our sessions, you can expect a therapeutic relationship built on trust. I offer a safe space where you can bring whatever you’re carrying, without judgement or pressure. Please do get in touch if you would like to explore the possibility of us working together.
Training, qualifications & experience
My way of working is Integrative, and this means I draw upon a wide range of psychotherapy orientations and therapeutic ways of working.
My training was from a Humanistic, Transpersonal perspective which encourages the growth of a clients authentic Self. I trained as a Psychotherapist at the Centre for Counselling and Psychotherapy Education (CCPE).
In addition to my private practice, my clinical background includes working for the Maytree Suicide Respite Centre, Women + Health and various other charities supporting clients with a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges including, relationship problems, grief, loss or bereavement, abuse, trauma, problems with confidence and self esteem.
I’m a registered member of the National Counselling & Psychotherapy Society (NCPS), and currently working towards accreditation with the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) and I adhere to their code of ethics.
