About me

Hello. My name is Steve and I am a qualified psychotherapist working from my private practice in Rochester, Kent and online to clients from the UK and Europe. I tend to work in a person-centred and existential way, believing that the relationship between the therapist and client is of central importance. I gained a level 5 diploma as part of my training, and in 2025 completed a Master's degree in Psychotherapy. Although I work quite broadly across ages and issues, I have a particular interest in trauma, anxiety, spirituality, neurodiversity, and gender, sex, and relationship diversity.

Training, qualifications & experience

I trained with Chrysalis and gained a level 5 diploma. In 2025, I completed a Master's degree in Psychotherapy. I have done extra courses in young people's mental health, trauma, Internal Family Systems therapy (IFS) and Existentialism.
