About me
My name is Steve and I am a psychosynthesis therapist. I am also a fully accredited member of the UK Council for Psychotherapy.
After years of experience in respite care, I offer a safe space to assist you with a range of issues, including anxiety, depression, loneliness, suicidal thoughts, low self-esteem, low confidence and anger management.
Dream work and finding inner strength through nature are also approaches that I bring to our sessions, in addition to simply being present with you as a safe space to reconnect with your true voice of inner knowing. Your authenticity.
I find these approaches can be very helpful in re-establishing your inner ground so that you are better prepared to explore any habits and mindsets which might be holding you back. Ultimately, I really want to support you in finding your joy and self-compassion so you can be fully you.
I often find sessions can be intuitive from both sides. Simply trusting what comes up as we go along and allowing insights to spontaneously arise can bring awareness and light to what was previously hidden in the shadows.
After years of supporting people as the manager of a respite care centre and as a shamanic practitioner of the Inca and Toltec traditions, I am now bringing my warm, non-judgmental and compassionate approach to my work as a therapist.
My intention is to offer a safe space for you to explore your feelings and emotions and together we can bring some clarity to the issues you would like to work on and shed light on what may previously have been hidden, gradually allowing for your true, empowered self to emerge into the world.
I offer online and telephone therapy, in addition to face to face therapy in my studio, located close to both Kingsbury and Colindale underground stations in London.
Please do get in touch if you would like to book an initial session

school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.

The UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) is a leading professional body for the education, training and regulation of psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors. Its register is accredited by the government's Professional Standards Authority.
As part of its commitment to protect the public, it works to improve access to psychotherapy, to support and disseminate research, to improve standards and to respond effectively to complaints against its members.
UKCP standards cover the range of different psychotherapies. Registration is obtained by training or accrediting with one of its member organisations, or by holding a European Certificate in Psychotherapy. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
