About me
Hi I'm Sophie and I'm a Psychotherapeutic Counselling Therapist currently providing therapy sessions for individuals, couples and families. I work with both adults and children.
Reaching out initially and starting therapy can be a hard and difficult decision for many, yet can also be an easy and obvious choice for others. I'm here for all circumstances. Everyone's journey in life is unique and the therapy sessions I offer are tailored to the individual for that reason.
I ensure a safe, comfortable and confidential space to explore the reasons that have brought you to therapy.
Some of the main areas that I work with are:
- Anxiety
- Depression
- ADHD
- Couples therapy
- Family Issues
- Bereavement
- Postnatal depression
- Eating Disorders
- Panic attacks
- Trauma
- Autism
- Abuse
- Low self-esteem
- OCD (obsessive compulsive disorder)
- Life events
- Anger
This is not an extensive list and what you may be experiencing may not be listed above. Please do get in touch and we can discuss what you or a family member may need support with.
As an experienced therapist and an Accredited Registrant Member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCS19-08292), I can assist with all queries and assist you with your next steps on your current journey.
