Sophie Robins (MBACP)
My name is Sophie, I am an integrative counsellor based in Somerset. Sometimes life can feel overwhelming, you might be feeling confused about your feelings or situation or even a bit lost or like no-one is really listening. I offer a safe and confidential environment for you to explore the feelings and problems you are experiencing. Asking for help and support can seem daunting, so please contact me if you would like to ask a question or to book an initial meeting.
Counselling offers you a safe, confidential environment to discuss and explore your problems and allow you space to better understand any difficult feelings you may be experiencing.
Often people seek counselling because they because they would like an objective perspective away from family and friends opinions. As a counsellor I can help you to gain a better insight and understanding of yourself, your situation or problems, and support you on this journey. Counselling can also help you to understand other’s views better, shedding a light on the way you interpret words and actions.
Counselling is a journey, it takes time and consistency to be effective and so many opt for regular sessions which is why I offer weekly sessions with regular reviews to help gauge progress. These sessions are one-to-one and allow space for reflection, exploration and challenges.
