Sophie Robins (MBACP)
My name is Sophie, I am an integrative counsellor based in Yeovil. Sometimes life can seem overwhelming, you might be feeling sad, confused, or lost. I offer a safe and confidential space for you to explore the feelings and problems you are experiencing. Asking for help and support can seem daunting, so please contact me if you would like to ask a question or to book an initial meeting.
Counselling offers you a safe, confidential environment to discuss and explore what's going on for you and allow you space to better understand any difficult feelings you may be experiencing.
Often people seek counselling because they because they would like an objective perspective away from family and friends opinions. As a counsellor I can help you to gain a better insight and understanding of yourself and what's happening in your life, and support you on this journey. Counselling can also help you to understand other’s views better, shedding a light on the way you interpret words and actions.
Counselling is a journey, it takes time and consistency to be effective which is why I offer weekly sessions with regular reviews. These sessions are one-to-one and allow space for reflection, exploration and challenges.
