About me
I'm a registered BACP counsellor offering in-person therapy in Peckham, as well as online counselling across the UK.
I provide a warm, confidential and non-judgmental space where you can talk openly about whatever is troubling you. Whether you're feeling anxious, overwhelmed, stuck, or simply struggling to make sense of your thoughts and emotions, therapy can offer the opportunity to understand yourself more deeply and move towards lasting change.
As an integrative counsellor, I tailor therapy to each individual rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach. My work is primarily informed by person-centred and psychodynamic theory, allowing us to explore both your current experiences and the ways your past may continue to shape how you relate to yourself and others today.
I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, OCD, low self-esteem, trauma and PTSD, grief and loss, relationship difficulties, burnout and the impact of emotional, physical and financial abuse.
I understand that reaching out for therapy can feel daunting, especially if it's your first time. I aim to create a calm, collaborative relationship where you feel heard, accepted and able to work at a pace that feels right for you.
Training, qualifications & experience
I hold a CPCAB Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling and am a Registered Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP). I work in accordance with the BACP Ethical Framework and regularly attend clinical supervision and continuing professional development to ensure my practice remains safe, ethical and up to date.
My training is integrative, drawing primarily on person-centred and psychodynamic approaches, alongside psychoeducation where appropriate. This allows me to adapt therapy to the unique needs and experiences of each client.
Alongside my private practice, I have experience supporting clients with:
- Anxiety
- Depression
- OCD
- PTSD and trauma
- Domestic abuse (emotional, physical and financial)
- Low self-esteem
- Relationship difficulties
- Grief and loss
- Work-related stress and burnout
Before retraining as a counsellor, I spent over a decade working in public relations within demanding corporate environments. This gives me a strong understanding of workplace pressure, perfectionism, stress and navigating significant life transitions.
Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

Sessions are available both in person in Peckham and online via Google Meet, allowing you to choose whichever feels most comfortable and accessible.
I believe that the relationship between counsellor and client is one of the most important parts of therapy. My aim is to offer a compassionate, accepting space where you feel able to be yourself without fear of judgement.
