About me
2026: Current Waiting List for a late September start
With over 20 years of practice, I've supported hundreds of people through their toughest challenges. Working Online or By Phone Only.
I work in a person-centred, trauma-informed way, which means our sessions are led by what matters most to you. We'll move at your pace, without judgment or pressure. My focus is on helping you reconnect with your own strength and insight — not imposing solutions, but supporting you to find what works for your life.
Life shouldn't feel this hard.
Perhaps you're exhausted from holding everything together. Maybe you're navigating major life changes, caring responsibilities, or the quiet burn of work stress while caring for everyone but yourself. You might be struggling with depression, anxiety or grief — or trying to make sense of past trauma or abuse.
Together we'll explore what's keeping you stuck and develop practical ways to cope with what feels overwhelming right now. Whether you're dealing with depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, past trauma, grief, self-harm, or work stress, my aim is to help you build lasting resilience and self-acceptance so you can move forward feeling more like yourself.
You don't need to have it all figured out before we start. You just need to take the first step.
I offer a free initial 15-minute call or video meeting so we can get to know each other and see if we're a good fit. We'll talk about what you'd like to address, your current circumstances, and how you prefer to work — so when we start our first proper session, we can hit the ground running.

Member organisations
school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
