MBACP, MNCPS (Accred) Integrative Therapist
Enfield EN1 & London EC2M

About me

A warm welcome to ReDiscover & Bloom Therapy - an inclusive space for self-discovery, healing, and growth in London Liverpool Street,  King’s Cross and North London – Enfield and remote (online).

Taking the first step toward therapy is not easy, but by being here you have already shown courage. Whether you are new to therapy or returning,  We will work toward your goals, helping you find understanding, relief, and the strength to move forward.

Experience

I am a qualified, experienced Integrative Counsellor/Relationship Therapist, working with individuals, couples, and families across the UK both in person (City of London, Central and North London) and online.

My specialisms include working with anxiety, low self-esteem,  relationships issues (romance, family, friendships and work colleagues), neurodiversity including ADHD, Autism, dementia and grief and loss.   I am also experienced with a wide range of issues including fertility issues, trauma, depression,  conflict, stress, anger management, fear and phobias.

Prior to becoming a therapist, I worked in the legal sector within corporate and family law. I also trained as a Parent Facilitator and spent over 15 years in the NHS across mental health and acute services, supporting patients and their families through complex challenges. This diverse background informs my empathic and systemic approach.

What can you expect

I am passionate about supporting people and will always create a warm, friendly, professional, safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space for you to feel at ease to sit and talk through your difficulties at your own pace. This will allow us to explore in the session what has brought you to therapy and how I can help you.

My approach is integrative, holistic and creative which means that  I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches and tailor our work to your individual needs.  I work collaboratively, helping you gain insight into patterns of your thinking, feeling and relating while recognising and building upon your existing strengths and resilience.

Together we will explore what matters most to you.  This could include:

  • Exploring past patterns and present triggers
  • Develop practical tools and emotional insight
  • Support healing, growth and self-discovery

For some people, life can feel like an emotional rollercoaster which affects not only the mind but the body. We can explore the physical sensations within the body , helping you develop a deeper understanding of how stress, anxiety, trauma and emotions can manifest physically.  Helping you to gain valuable insights, strengthen self-awareness and develop healthier ways of responding to life's challenges.

At the end of our work, I also provide a wellbeing pack to support your ongoing journey.

Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
