Further information
As a therapist I strongly believe that the therapeutic relationship is at the core of therapy. In our sessions I hope that we can create a safe space where you are able to fully open up to me, which enables us to collaboratively work through your difficulties. I work with you to empower you, as your confidence comes from within. People do not fit in to boxes, and I adapt my approach to suit your needs.
