About us
Life’s challenges can often leave us feeling anxious and uneasy within ourselves, this can have an impact on our relationships with others, and make everyday life feel difficult and burdensome. It can affect how we think, feel, and connect with others, and make the world around us feel strange and out of kilter.
Counselling can help you to manage current situations and look at new ways of coping with life’s stresses. It can give an insight into understanding past experiences and patterns which will help you change thought processes and provide a new perspective on life.
I offer a caring, confidential, non-judgmental space to explore your feelings and inner thoughts, and in a supportive environment we will work together to help you develop the right tools to enable you to steer your life in the direction you wish it to go.
