About me
COUPLES THERAPIST
As a couples and relationship therapist, I not only help partners grow and thrive together, but also guide them through conscious uncoupling when needed; supporting healthy transitions, whether couples are staying together or thoughtfully parting ways.
INDIVIDUALS
I specialise in supporting adults and young people (aged 11+) through bereavement, parental loss, and a wide range of emotional and relational challenges, using a gentle Gestalt approach focused on present‑moment awareness.
Training, qualifications & experience
I am a fully qualified and insured therapist, practising since 2022. My training includes Gestalt therapy (Levels 2–5), couples therapy (NCPS), Transactional Analysis (TA101), walking‑talking therapy, as well as additional studies in nutrition and anatomy and physiology (Levels 2–3).

Additional information
I offer 50‑minute sessions for individual clients, with the option of extended 100‑minute sessions when needed. Longer sessions can be helpful for one‑off appointments or when you have something specific you’d like to explore in more depth.
I aim to be as flexible as possible, recognising that everyone has different commitments. I offer appointments early in the morning, during the day, in the evenings, and at weekends. Session fees vary depending on the time of day: early morning, late evening, and weekend sessions are £70 for 50 minutes, while weekday daytime sessions (Monday – Friday, 9 am–4.30 pm) are £60 for 50 minutes.
Couples therapy sessions are also available — details provided on request. The costs start from £100 for a 1.5 hour session.
Further information
As a Gestalt therapist my aim is not to try and change you, but instead develop your self-awareness. Our sessions can be creative, if that suits you, where we can incorporate object work, role plays, sand-tray, metaphors and working with recurring dreams.
The first step is the hardest. We can take the next steps together. Get in touch for your no-obligation initial consultation.
