About me

Hi, I’m Selina. I know that reaching out for counselling can sometimes feel like a big step, particularly if you’re used to managing things on your own.

There are many reasons why you might be thinking about counselling. You may be going through a difficult time, struggling with something from the past, facing a change in your life, or simply feeling that things aren’t quite right and you’re not sure why.

Whatever is going on for you, I provide a safe, non-judgemental space where you can just be, to explore your experiences and to feel supported in moving forward in the direction that feels right for you.

My integrative approach means I tailor therapy to your individual needs rather than expecting you to fit into a particular model. My work is informed by Attachment Theory, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Gestalt therapy and somatic approaches.
