About me

Hi, I'm Sean and thank you for taking the time to explore what support might look like for you. Reaching out for therapy can feel daunting, especially when life feels heavy or confusing. If you've made it this far, you've already demonstrated strength and curiosity about what healing or change could be possible. I offer a compassionate and professional space where your story and experience are held with care.

My Therapeutic Approach

At the heart of my practice is the belief that healing begins in relationship. Drawing from humanistic and trauma-informed principles, I offer a collaborative and attuned therapeutic experience-where your feelings, patterns, and hopes are understood in the context of what shaped you. I work in a way that honours your unique perspective while gently exploring how early relationships and lived experience may have influenced how you connect with yourself and others. My approach is informed by attachment theory and celebrates neurodivergent identity with sensitivity and depth. You are the expert on your life. My role is to walk alongside you-to support you in exploring, understanding, and reshaping the parts of your inner and outer world that are calling for attention or care.

What I Can Support You With

I've supported adults through a range of emotional and psychological challenges, including:

Trauma and adverse childhood experiences.

Attachment struggles and identity exploration.

Depression, anxiety, and relational breakdown.

Autism, dyslexia, and dyspraxia and the impact of self-worth.

Grief, life transitions, and feelings of stuck.

Perfectionism, shame, and emotional regulation difficulties.

I offer support that is warm, spacious, and grounded-whether you're navigating a specific issues or seeking long-term depth and clarity.

What to Expect

Therapy with me can be short-term or long-term, depending on your needs. Sessions are available online and in person, at accessible times seven days a  week. Fees are £50 per session, with concessions available for students, trainees, and those on low income. If you're unsure where to begin, that's okay. Many people reach out without knowing exactly what they're looking for-that's part of my work. You're invited to request a brief call, ask questions, or go ahead and book a first meeting.
