About me
Feeling stuck, unfulfilled, overwhelmed? Or perhaps navigating a difficult life change, trauma or loss? I offer a welcoming, non-judgemental space where we can work together to discover insights and actions that foster change, resilience and growth.
Training, qualifications & experience
I am a HCPC registered Clinical Psychologist. Over ten years I have worked with people from ages 5 to 95, in a variety of NHS mental health services. I have also worked as a Senior Therapist in a specialist NHS trauma service.
Issues I work with
You may be looking for support dealing with a specific issue such as trauma, bereavement, health conditions, caregiving responsibilities, workplace stress or burnout, relationship issues, or facing a difficult life transition such as relocation or migration, parenting, retirement, and so on.
You may also be seeking help for more general issues with anxiety, depression, lacking confidence, feeling stuck or unfulfilled, or wanting to explore questions around identity and direction. When life feels overwhelming and confusing, you don't have to navigate it alone.
How I work
I work integratively, drawing on psychodynamic, cognitive behavioural, acceptance and commitment, compassion focused, systemic and narrative approaches. When we meet I will work with you to understand your therapeutic goals, if and how we can work together.
For me therapy is a space to deepen our understanding of ourselves, the things that are bothering us, and our capacity for growth and development. I aim to facilitate an environment that feels safe enough to explore issues that can feel difficult to talk about, inviting you to talk about what is on your mind in a way that you would not usually elsewhere. My role is not only to pay attention to what is said, but also what is unsaid, avoided and yet unexplored. Let us see what we can discover, that is not already known to us.
Over time, you may find yourself developing deeper awareness, and sense of mastery over what once felt limiting, restricting or overwhelming. You may also leave feeling more in tune with your own unique 'rhythm'.
I offer both brief, time-limited therapy as well as longer-term, open-ended therapy for longstanding challenges or for those who are exploring where to begin. I offer sessions online and in person in West Hampstead, London (NW6).

Member organisations
school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.

The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.
They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.
Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.
