About me
Are you feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or in need of a safe space to explore your thoughts and emotions? As a person-centred counsellor, I offer a warm, empathetic, and non-judgmental environment where you can feel truly heard and understood.
I believe that you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to support and empower you as you navigate your challenges.
I offer a free 20-minute consultation to help you decide if my approach feels right for you. This is a chance to ask questions, share what you’re looking for in counselling, and see if we’re a good fit before committing to sessions.
Training, qualifications & experience
- CPCAB Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling
- CPCAB Level 3 Certificate in Counselling Studies
- CPCAB Level 2 Certificate in Counselling Skills
- Attachment Theory in Practice Training
I have experience working with clients with a range of challenges including bereavement, childhood abuse, relationship issues, work issues, self worth and body image issues, stress, emotional abuse, self-harm, suicidal thoughts, eating disorder, trauma, anxiety and depression.
I am a registered member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS) and I abide by their ethical framework.
I am fully insured and attend regular training courses to ensure I remain up to date in my practice.
