About me
Psychotherapy • Art Psychotherapy • Clinical Supervision
Supporting growth, healing, and creative expression in every stage of life.
At Fall Away Therapies, I offer a calm and compassionate space where you can begin to let go of what no longer serves you - falling away gently, at your own pace. Whether you are seeking support for emotional challenges, looking to explore your inner world creatively, or hoping to develop your professional practice through supervision, you are welcome here.
I'm a fully qualified and experienced Psychotherapist and Art Psychotherapist, working with both children and adults. Whether you're feeling anxious, low, stuck, or just curious about yourself, our work together can help you make sense of your experiences and support emotional healing. For children, creative therapy can offer a safe and age-appropriate way to express feelings that might be hard to explain.
I also provide clinical supervision for other therapists and professionals in caring roles. My approach is reflective, supportive, and grounded in many years of experience in both education and mental health settings.
At the heart of my practice is a belief in the power of creativity, trust, and connection. Every person is unique, and our sessions will be shaped by your needs, at your own pace.
If this sounds like what you're looking for, I’d be happy to offer a free initial conversation to see how we might work together.

school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.
They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.
Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.
