About me
As an integrative psychotherapist and hypnotherapist, I believe in the power of the mind to unlock personal growth, healing, and self-empowerment and the inherent potential of every individual to grow, heal, and lead a fulfilling life. My therapeutic approach is centred on fostering self-awareness, self-acceptance, and personal growth in a compassionate, non-judgmental environment.
Grounded in principles of empathy, authenticity, and unconditional positive regard, I aim to create a space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences freely. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, stress, low self-esteem, or seeking clarity and purpose, we will work together to discover solutions that feel right for you. Hypnotherapy can be a valuable tool to complement this process, enabling you to address deep-seated issues, break negative patterns, and cultivate a stronger sense of well-being. Hypnotherapy can be a tool alone or used as a further tool with traditional talking therapy.
My approach to therapy is pluralistic, and I draw from various evidence-based practices including psychodynamic, CBT, person-centred, DBT and many others to find tools and techniques to support you as an individual, like each individual is unique, so should your therapy. I understand therapy can be incredibly daunting, whether you have had previous therapy experience or it is your first time, therefore I strive to make sure you feel I am the right therapist for you before we undertake any ongoing therapy.
I see therapy as a collaborative journey where we work together, my role is to support you in discovering the solutions and paths to the wellbeing and understanding of yourself, your mind and your experiences.
