About me
A welcoming environment where you are able to explore your feelings forms the basis of our therapeutic relationship.
I am an Integrative counsellor with the Person- Centred approach at the heart of my work. I believe that feeling heard, understood and accepted can create the space needed to explore what is right for you.
I can help you make sense of, and start to heal from past or present experiences and empower you to make choices for your wellbeing. The way we work will depend on what you bring and what you would like from counselling.
I can work with a range of issues that may be affecting your life, whether from a specific life event or feelings of self doubt, stress and anxiety.
I appreciate that it can be difficult to start therapy and when we work together it will be at your pace.
A greater awareness of your self can lead to changes which will help you find a more fulfilling life in the workplace and personally.
Or, if you have experienced trauma it may be a different way of working with you, but always with compassion and empathy.
My practice with couples can help to improve communication and connectivity, working through issues and finding ways to move forward.
This is based on Emotionally Focused Therapy which aligns with my Person Centred approach.
My previous experience as a business coach has offered me valuable insight into work place relationships and issues as well as the pressures of leadership in business. I will work with business leaders individually or with employee support, as I strongly believe workplace wellbeing is beneficial for everybody and the business.
If you are ready to work with a therapist I am currently able to take on new clients, and would be happy to offer an initial call to see if you feel I could be the right therapist for you.
