About me

A safe, warm environment where you are able to explore your feelings and thoughts is at the core of my work as a person-centred counsellor.

I can work with a range of issues that may be affecting your life, whether from a specific life event or feelings of self doubt, stress and anxiety.
When we work together I can help you make sense of, and start to heal from past or present experiences  and empower you to make choices for your wellbeing.
I appreciate that it can be difficult to start therapy and therefore I will work patiently with you at your pace. And in doing so support you in finding a happier more fulfilling life.

My previous experience as a business coach has offered  me a good insight into work place relationships and issues as well as the pressures of leadership in business.
As relationships are an important part of how we live, this has also led to my most recent addition to my work in working with couples.

If you are ready to work with a therapist I am currently able to take on new clients, and would be happy to offer an initial call to see if you feel I could be the right therapist for you.

I am also now available for couples work.
