About me

I'm Sarah, a fully qualified and practising counsellor in Exeter. I am a warm and compassionate counsellor, here to listen and give you the space you need to reflect and talk things through.

If you are struggling with past or present events or relationships, or maybe you are feeling overwhelmed and stressed, reaching out to talk things through is a good first step to improving your wellbeing and happiness. Counselling can enable you to find the clarity and strength you need.

I am trained and practising in Person Centred Therapy, which provides an environment that is compassionate and non-judgmental. This type of therapy is 'non-directive', I won't tell you what you should do or feel. Instead I will support and encourage you to find your own solutions, an approach which is proven to be more manageable and sustainable.

I work with both teens (16 years plus) and adults.
