About me
My name is Sara, and I offer holistic integrative psychotherapy for individuals who feel ready to move beyond simply coping with life and towards deeper self-understanding, healing, and personal growth.
You might be searching for therapy because you feel anxious, emotionally overwhelmed, or stuck in patterns you don’t fully understand, especially in relationships.
You may already be self-aware, reflect deeply, you’ve tried to work on yourself… but you still find yourself overthinking, doubting your worth, or losing your sense of self when something, or someone, really matters.
As if the more you care, the more you overthink or lose your sense of self.
If you’re looking for support with anxiety, self-esteem, or relationship difficulties, you’re in the right place.
How I can help
I offer a warm, grounded, and emotionally attuned space where we can gently explore what’s beneath the surface, not just intellectually, but at a deeper emotional level.
I offer integrative psychotherapy for adults experiencing:
Anxiety and overthinking
Low self-esteem and self-doubt
Relationship issues and attachment patterns
Emotional dependency or fear of abandonment
Burnout and emotional overwhelm
Difficulty setting boundaries or people-pleasing Struggle in changing known unhealthy patterns
Together, we explore not just what’s happening now, but why, helping you understand the deeper emotional patterns that keep repeating.
I particularly support people who:
Feel self-aware but still emotionally stuck
Struggle with self-worth, especially in relationships
Overthink, people-please, or lose themselves when they care deeply
Are healing from inconsistent relationships
Want deeper, more secure connections, with themselves and others. Are navigating identity transformation, emotional healing, or physical healing. Ambitious individuals that wish to realise more of their potential
A space for identity, depth, and nuance
I also have a special interest in working with individuals navigating identity and belonging, especially those who live between cultures, move frequently, or don’t feel they fully “fit” in one place.
This can bring unique challenges around connection, stability, and sense of self, which we can explore together with care and curiosity.
I know starting therapy can feel like a big step, and it’s important that you feel comfortable and understood.

Training, qualifications & experience
I hold a Master’s degree (MA) in Integrative Psychotherapy, a Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling, and an undergraduate degree in Psychology. I am also an accredited psychotherapist with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
Alongside my core training, I have completed postgraduate studies in multicultural psychology and facilitating emotional intelligence in therapeutic practice, which support my work with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds and life experiences.
My academic research explored the impact of emotional repression on the physical body, an area that continues to inform my interest in the relationship between emotional processes, self-worth, and how we experience ourselves both psychologically and physically.
Over the past decade, I have dedicated myself to the study and practice of mental health, personal development, and inner healing. My therapeutic work is particularly informed by an interest in internalised shame, low self-worth, and the ways these patterns influence identity, relationships, and connection with the body.
At the heart of my practice is the belief that each individual carries an innate capacity for healing and self-understanding. My role as a therapist is to support clients in reconnecting with that inner compass, helping them move towards a life that feels more aligned, meaningful, and fulfilling.
Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
