About me

I am a registered psychotherapeutic counsellor with over ten years experience, offering a unique, blended approach that bridges deep therapeutic healing with proactive, forward focused growth. I support clients both online and in person, providing a flexible and supportive space. My work integrates Transactional Analysis (TA), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), positive psychology, mindfulness, and breathwork training. This holistic combination allows us to explore past relational patterns while actively engaging both the mind and the body. By working somatically with the breath, we can regulate the nervous system, reduce anxiety, and anchor ourselves firmly in the present moment. By blending psychotherapeutic depth with body-centered tools and positive psychology, we don’t just focus on symptom reduction, we focus on building a rich, meaningful life. Together, we will uncover your innate strengths, develop psychological flexibility, and equip you with practical, everyday tools to take purposeful action.

I would describe my style of therapy as warm, collaborative and open.

I am particularly experienced in working with older teenagers (18+) as well as  adults of all ages and stages. I have experience of working with ADHD and Rejection Sensitivity Dysphoria (RSD), anxiety, depression, grief and loss, burnout, low self-esteem, divorce and complex family dynamics, menopause, long term illness and difficult life transitions. In addition, I have worked with a diverse range of client presentations, so I welcome the opportunity to discuss your individual therapeutic needs in an intro call, which you can book via this platform.

Thank you for visiting my profile,

Sara :)
