About me

Hello and a warm welcome to you. I offer counselling and psychotherapy to adults and adolescents. I am currently offering all sessions via video or audio call, starting back with some face to face sessions from September. I also offer mindfulness sessions to individuals, couples (parent and teenager) and groups. I am trained in Transactional Analysis, a therapeutic approach which is very much about working collaboratively. Life is challenging in different ways and at different times and sometimes we need space and a committed and experienced 'other' to help us unravel what can feel messy, complicated, tragic, overwhelming ...and much more. So my aim is to listen deeply without judgement to what you have to say.  Using what happens in the 'here and now' I can help you explore your patterns of thinking, feeling and behaving, to gain insight and a deeper understanding of yourself. I would like to offer you a free 30 minute telephone or Zoom conversation with no obligation to book a session, but to give you an idea of who I am and if you think I am the right counsellor for you. Also, for me to assess your needs and let you know if I think I can help. So, give me a call, text or email and we can take it from there. Thank you for visiting my profile.
