About me
Whether you’re seeking therapy or supervision, my intention is to offer a relationship built on trust, respect, and shared exploration - somewhere you can feel safe enough to be yourself and supported enough to grow in the ways that matter to you.
I have worked for many years with adult survivors of abuse and with people facing bereavement, anticipatory grief, and living loss. I’ve recently completed training with SANDS, allowing me to support those affected by miscarriage and baby loss with greater depth and care. My own lived experiences sit quietly within my practice, offering a grounded, human sense of what it’s like to piece things together again after profound challenges.
My practice is grounded in trauma‑informed principles, which means I’m paying close attention to safety, choice, empowerment, and finding a pace that feels genuinely manageable for you. I’m mindful of how past experiences can shape the present, and I approach our work with care and sensitivity so you can stay connected to your own sense of control. As we move together through the work, we can build an understanding of yourself in a way that feels steady, respectful, and supportive of where you are.
As an integrative therapist, I tailor our sessions to your individual needs, drawing from different therapeutic perspectives to support what feels most meaningful and helpful for you. My approach centres on helping you reconnect with your own strengths, choices, and inner resources. Therapy with me is a partnership - your voice leads the way, and together we shape the direction of our work.
Alongside my therapeutic work, I am also a clinical supervisor, offering a warm, reflective space for counsellors and trainees. Supervision with me is collaborative and supportive - we explore client work together, reflect on your development as a practitioner, and ensure you feel resourced, grounded, and ethically held in your work.
