Sally Grant ~ Registered Member BACP, FdSc
Hi, I'm Sally, a qualified counsellor offering you creative, bespoke support to help you express your feelings, and ultimately change your life.
I believe every individual is unique, therefore I will use modalities such as CBT to offer you practical tools to help you get through each day, as well as psychodynamic and person-centred approaches to help you link your past with the present, ensuring that each session is tailored to your needs.
Sometimes life is an uphill struggle and it feels like nobody is listening, I have the experience and understanding to help you. I offer a safe confidential space for you to talk through any concerns or issues you may be feeling, and my counselling sessions are face to face, either short or long term therapy, with flexible appointments time.
Everyone has their own unique, individual history, family, relationships, together with their own, worries, stress, and anxiety. By having a flexible approach to therapy and adapting my style to suit the needs of each client, I can help you to find internal calm and tranquility... Please contact me for an informal chat.
Training, qualifications & experience
I completed my training as an integrative therapist at Greenwich University and I have experience of working with adults and teenagers with Generalised and social anxiety, depression, stress, and family and marital relationship issues.
I have trained as a couples counsellor offering Imago and emotion focused therapy. I currently work with individuals and couples online, offering a safe and confidential space to talk through issues.
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy
BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.
Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.
All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
