About me
Hello and welcome
My name is Rochelle, and I’m a qualified and accredited BACP Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist (MBACP Accred). I offer 1:1 counselling and psychotherapy for adults and young people aged 16+, creating a safe, warm, and confidential space - whether that’s face-to-face, online, or by phone.
I understand that starting therapy can feel daunting. Choosing the right therapist is an important and personal decision. That’s why I work relationally, at the heart of my approach is a deep belief in the healing power of the therapeutic relationship. I aim to build a safe, collaborative space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported to explore what’s going on for you - free from judgement or pressure.
My therapeutic style is grounded in compassion, empathy, and honesty. I work integratively, which means I draw from a range of therapeutic models including person-centred, psychodynamic, relational, and CBT. This allows me to tailor therapy to meet your individual needs, helping you to increase your self-awareness, process difficult experiences, and move towards meaningful and lasting change.
Areas I work with include:
Depression, Low Mood, and Emotional Overwhelm
Anxiety and Social Anxiety
Low self-esteem and Self-worth
Attachment and Childhood Trauma
Inner-child work
Difficulties in Relationships or Navigating Life Transitions
Self-harm and Emotional Regulation
Anger, Shame, and Insecurities
Trauma and Abuse, including domestic abuse and sexual violence
Cultural Identity, Race, and Intercultural Therapy
I also have a keen interest in how our early relationships and past experiences shape how we relate to ourselves and others in the present. Exploring these patterns in a supportive therapeutic relationship can lead to powerful shifts in how you understand yourself and the choices you make.
Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, lost, or simply curious about what’s coming up for you emotionally, therapy can offer a space to reflect, breathe, and begin to heal.
If you’d like to explore whether we could work together, I’d be glad to offer a free introductory call so you can get a feel for whether I might be the right fit for you.
You don’t have to navigate things alone - support is here when you're ready.

Member organisations
school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.

Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

Further information
I believe our past experiences and relationships play a significant role in shaping how we think, feel, and relate to ourselves and others in the present. My approach is integrative, drawing from psychodynamic, relational, person-centred, and CBT models. This allows me to tailor therapy to each individual, creating a flexible and responsive way of working that meets you where you are. I also offer intercultural therapy, providing a space to explore issues related to identity, culture, race, and diversity with sensitivity and depth.
I currently provide sessions in W5 and W9. W9 location also services NW postcodes.
Both locations are central to public transport links.
