About me
Many people experience low moods, feeling something is not quite “right” and not sure why. Others feel overwhelmed with their own feelings, or something life-changing happened, all your feelings are spinning and you need space to process what has happened to you. When this is affecting your quality of life, then it’s time to seek therapy. Life can be incredibly tough at times, and in our most challenging moments it can be difficult to reach out to those around us for help, you may not be able to, or you may not want to worry your family/friends. Do you need someone to talk to? Whatever you are struggling with, I am here to help.
I offer a warm, non-judgemental space to explore what is unsettling you, what you have experienced or what is holding you back from living your life to the fullest. I am client-led as I believe you have the inner resources to heal and reach your desired state. To help you along the way I use different tools to find the best approach that suits you.
You can call me, confident in the knowledge that I will listen with respect and acknowledge your feelings. You can take advantage of a 30 min complimentary consultation with me by phone, giving you peace of mind that you have made the right decision. It will give you the chance to see how it feels to make your worries known to someone else.
