About me

I offer a warm, confidential, and collaborative space for adults seeking to understand old patterns, process difficult life experiences, and feel more secure in themselves and their relationships.

My practice is integrative and trauma-informed, grounded primarily in Transactional Analysis (TA). Rather than applying a rigid, one-size-fits-all model, I tailor our work gently and safely to your goals so that you feel grounded and in control throughout the therapeutic process.

I work from an intersectional framework and bring cultural humility to my practice. As a straight, white, male therapist, I am actively mindful of societal privileges, power dynamics, and systemic factors, recognising that mental health is deeply connected to your environment and background. I offer an affirming, non-judgmental space for individuals of all gender identities, sexual orientations, and cultural backgrounds.

Sessions take place online or in person within my private garden room in Sheffield, a quiet, dedicated space designed to feel like a secure retreat.
