Specialising in Addiction, Trauma, Anxiety, Relationships, attachment and intimacy. I bring together a powerful Integrated EMDR approach using Hypno-therapeutic guided imagery to help uncover and explore repeated patterns, mental traffic and charged memories which clears your path to move forward in life and make change more manageable. Alternatively, for those seeking a more spiritual dimension, Soul Contract Reading and Divine Healing are also a very powerful perspective to consider and explore.
I offer a safe and confidential space in a non-judgmental environment. I offer counselling on an open-ended basis or for an agreed time period for singles, individuals in a relationship and couples.
Working collaboratively, counselling can offer an increase in the ability to be more present in the moment, resulting in more clarity and greater discernment. It also increases self-awareness, resulting in the ability to be more deliberate which can help develop skills and the ability to manage the mind and emotions. Overall, counselling supports you to become more fully self-expressed, resulting in more authentic and empowering relationships.
Having had a successful over 17 years of working with people and their relational problems across a wide range of difficulties, I feel confident in addressing any issues my clients bring.
My primary role is to help you improve your responses to life without violating your core values or deeply held principles.

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy
BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.
Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.
All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
