About me

Hello, I'm Ria (she/her) and I'm a qualified counsellor, who can offer you support in working through emotional blocks and unhelpful behaviours.

My work is focused on enabling you to find the healing change and growth that comes from deeper self-understanding.

It is not essential that you know exactly why you are considering therapy. Perhaps you have a deep longing to be truly heard. What brings you to therapy is something that we explore together as you begin to feel supported by the therapeutic process and the feeling of trust and safety that is created between us in our therapeutic relationship.

I can offer you the time to pause, reflect and contemplate so that you can explore and find what is needed to live life to the full. When the right environment is provided and connections are formed, change can happen. We can do this together at your own pace. I am empathic, non-judgmental and here to support you in your journey.

I fully understand that finding the right counsellor is both important and daunting. It would be great if we could explore the possibility of working together. Feel free to get in touch, when you are ready, by telephone or email so that I can answer any questions that you may have. I offer a free online meet or phone call so that we can discuss your needs.
