About me
Hi, I'm Rhiana. I am a mental health expert helping people to take back control over their lives. I have 14 years experience in mental health, am a licensed CBT therapist, psychotherapist and Qualified Social Worker.
I offer 1:1 therapy sessions online or face-to-face at my practice in Sevenoaks, Kent. You’re welcome to pay directly or via insurance.
I work with adults and young people experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, low self-esteem, and the effects of stress, trauma, or family issues. My aim is to help you make sense of what you’re feeling and find ways to move forward with greater ease and self-understanding.
Sessions can focus on a wide range of challenges, including low self-confidence, panic attacks, perfectionism, relationship difficulties, or work-related stress, behavioural addictions (eg internet, social media etc). I also have a special interest in neurodiversity, supporting clients with ADHD to navigate life in a world that can feel overwhelming at times.
Training, qualifications & experience
I’m a qualified psychotherapist with extensive experience supporting people across homelessness services, social work, NHS, private healthcare, and high-pressure professional roles. I’m a BABCP-accredited CBT therapist, specialising in evidence-based interventions for anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, ADHD, and other challenges. I bring a practical, empathetic approach, helping clients navigate both everyday pressures and complex life situations.
Member organisations
school Registered / Accredited

BABCP also provides accreditation for CBT therapists. BABCP accredited members adhere to the Standards of Conduct, Performance and Ethics in the Practice of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies, and are willing to be scrutinised in this adherence as required.
