About me
Pluralistic Counsellor & Hypnotherapist based in South Wales.
I offer face to face and online counselling, for individuals and Couples, in a safe and calm environment.
My work is rooted in a humanistic, person-centred approach. I see therapy as a space for you to feel heard, understood, and supported — without pressure or judgment.
My approach is flexible and collaborative. I draw on a range of therapeutic modalities — including person-centred, psychodynamic, somatic approaches, and CBT — depending on what feels most helpful for you.
Sometimes we can feel like we have different sides of ourselves pulling in different directions — a part that wants to move forward, but another part that’s scared, or one that’s really self-critical. In our work together, we might explore these different parts of you with curiosity and compassion. Often, this helps bring more understanding, balance, and ease within yourself.
I also offer hypnotherapy where it feels supportive — for things like anxiety, confidence, or connecting with deeper inner experiences in a relaxed, focused way.
