About me
Every therapeutic relationship is unique to the individual, and in my practice I prioritise a collaborative approach. I aim to create a non-judgemental, empathic and deeply safe space for us to explore what's going on for you. I believe that when we feel truly heard, understood and accepted, we can start to gain a deeper understanding of our ourselves. In our sessions, we can reflect on both the present and the past, explore relationships and patterns of behaviour, and work together to help you move towards the life you hope for.
My therapeutic practice is rooted in the person-centred approach, with your perspective at the core of the work. There are no feelings too “ugly”, “dark” or “messy” for the space, and I bring a candid, down-to-earth approach. Through continued professional development and my own life experiences, I strive to create spaces that are anti-racist, anti-ableist, trans- and LGBTQIA+ affirming, neurodiversity inclusive, class-aware, inclusive of ENM/polyamory, and acknowledging the societal contexts and systems that we are living within. My practice is also influenced by my work in the music industry, where I have witnessed and experienced firsthand the challenges that artists and creatives face (e.g financial and professional precarity, systemic injustices, a culture of silence, resistance to change).
I offer weekly sessions of 50 minutes, both for short and long-term work. I currently have availability online on Wednesday mornings or am operating a waiting list for in-person sessions at Bel's Yoga Yard, South Wimbledon on Monday evenings).
If you would like to find out more about working with me, please reach out via the contact form below. I will initially suggest we have a free online consultation call to explore whether we feel we could be a good fit to work together and discuss practicalities. Please be aware that I only work with clients who are 18+.
I am a registered member of the BACP (register number: 418579), am registered with the Information Commissioners Office, and I have an enhanced DBS (on the update service).

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
