About me
There are moments in life when you can feel that something is ending, or perhaps wanting to begin, but you’re still in a loop of acting from an older version of yourself.
That’s usually when people find me.
Sometimes it’s about love and relationships. Sometimes it’s about work or creativity. Sometimes it’s a quiet sense that you’re not living from your full capacity, even though you know there is more of you to share with the world. The work we do together begins here.
This practice is about slowing down enough to notice which outdated parts of us are still running the show - old beliefs, protective parts, inherited narratives, and relational patterns that once protected you but now are quietly shaping your life in ways that no longer feel true or fulfilling. When we bring steady attention to these layers, something begins to reorganise and heal from a more present place.
I work relationally and in-depth. The space between us can be conversational or energetic, but it is most importantly embodied. We include the body and the nervous system, and we pay attention to what is happening in the space between us.
Together, we welcome the parts of you that feel powerful and the parts that feel terrified of that very power. There is room for grief, for desire, for anger, for tenderness, and for the dream states where something new can begin to grow. A place where all of you can come home.
Training, qualifications & experience
I have been working as a therapist for over a decade, with a Master’s degree in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, a Postgraduate Certificate in Humanistic and Psychodynamic Counselling, and a Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy. In addition to these, I bring a wealth of knowledge and experience from complementary fields, including Energetic Healing, Ayurvedic Consultancy, Yoga Therapy, and Consciousness Studies.
These diverse modalities enhance my ability to meet clients holistically, addressing the mind, body, and spirit.

Length and Price of Sessions
The shape this work takes depends on you and what you are moving through at any particular time. I offer a limited number of reduced-fee therapy spots, if needed.
Sessions are available in 60 or 90 minutes. Some people prefer the steadiness of an hour, while others choose 90 minutes for a more spacious, integrative experience - particularly during periods of transition or deeper embodied work.
60 minutes — £90
90 minutes — £120
Duration of Therapy
Our therapy journey can be shaped around what you are currently moving through.
Some people come for a single session at a particular threshold. Others work short-term (2-12 sessions) around a specific theme, or choose longer-term (12+ sessions) for deeper psychotherapeutic transformation.
We can decide together what feels most supportive, and nobody stays for longer than they need to.
Payment packages can be organised for ongoing work.
