About me

Hi, I’m Rebecca, a psychotherapist and facilitator with over a decade of experience in the healing arts worldwide. My specialty lays within Psycho-Spiritual Therapy, which combines deep psychological exploration with non-dual spirituality to support your journey of growth and awakening. This practice integrates the processes of ‘growing up’—maturing emotionally and psychologically—and ‘waking up’—expanding spiritual awareness and connecting with your true nature.

These sessions are very intuitive, providing the spaciousness needed to uncover unconscious patterns, heal past wounds, and cultivate new pathways towards wholeness and fulfilment. By addressing both the emotional and spiritual aspects of your experience, I help you release blockages and create space for clarity, connection, and a deeper sense of self.

I am deeply committed to creating a compassionate and non-judgmental space where you can tell your story and feel truly seen and heard. Together, we will explore the nuances of your experiences while empowering you to move into a greater sense of self-responsibility and ownership of your journey. This process supports not only healing but also the discovery of new ways of being that are aligned with your most authentic sense of self.

I believe that our hardest moments are often gateways to transformation.

These times, though deeply challenging, can offer profound opportunities for growth, healing, and self-discovery. In our sessions, you’ll find a safe and nurturing environment where all parts of you are welcome. Together, we will explore your story and uncover the dynamics that may be holding you back, creating a path towards greater self-awareness, healing, and alignment.

This approach not only helps you address challenges in the present but also supports long-term transformation, empowering you to relate to yourself, others, and life’s experiences in a more grounded and authentic way.

If this resonates with you, I would be honoured to support you on your journey. I currently offer sessions online, allowing you to access this work from the comfort of your own home.
