MBACP Psychodynamic Counsellor and Psychotherapist

About me

We all have a different life, with different challenges and struggles. Whether you are facing challenges or seeking personal growth, I am here to support you on your journey.

I offer individual, short and long-term counselling and psychotherapy for adults both in Thai and English.

I provide a warm, safe, confidential, supportive, and non-judgemental environment for you to explore and understand how unconscious thoughts, feelings, behaviours, and unhelpful patterns from early past experiences may be affecting our present difficulties or shaping our current lives.

The therapeutic work is a team effort. In the sessions, we will work together. My aim is to assist and guide you to explore, uncover, and reflect upon your thoughts, feelings and emotions. To help you to understand yourself and your difficulties better and make sense with what happened in the past in relation to the present. Hoping that it will enable you to feel able to make the changes that could improve your relationships and quality of life.

I have experience working with people who have suffered loss and bereavement, trauma, childhood trauma, abuse, depression, anxiety, anger, fear, stress, low self-confidence and self-esteem, relationship issues, and can also offer support with other life changes.

I adhere to the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy's Ethical Framework & Guidelines.

I have completed and been awarded a Diploma Level 5 in Psychodynamic Counselling and Psychotherapy at the Manor House Centre for Psychotherapy and Counselling (MHCPC) in Finchley, London, UK.

I am a BACP-registered member (MBACP) Psychodynamic Counsellor and Psychotherapist with a background in nursing and midwifery.

I am also a registered member (first class) of Thailand Nursing and Midwifery Council (TNMC).

I hold a Master’s degree (MSc.) in Family Nurse Practitioner, Mahidol University, Bangkok, Thailand, and a Bachelor’s degree (BSc.) in Nursing and Midwifery, College of Boromarajonani of Nursing, Ratchaburi, Praboromarajchanok Institute, Ministry of Public Health, Thailand.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.

Accredited register membership

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
