About me

Hello, I am Raj and I work as a psychotherapist with individuals and couples. I help clients to bring clarity to life and work to understand emotions that are uncomfortable to stay with in the mind and the body. If you feel sad, lonely and want help to understand yourself better than I might be able to help. I have expereince working with male and female clients from many different backgrounds who have struggled to find a voice and to be heard.

If you feel isolated from life and not engaged with it whilst feeling  like you are in a continuous loop of negative thoughts and repetitive behavioural patterns than do get in touch and we can discuss how I can help you.

I work with couples to help them to better communicate with each other and to gently allow each partner to be seen by the other. If you are about to get married, have started a relationship or are feeling there is something that needs to shift in the realtionship or said than I could help . I will help bring clarity and understanding which will allow a space for growth for both of you in the relationship

Member organisations

BACP

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred).

Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision.

Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training.

All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
