About me

Welcome to Minds & Soles.

Life can feel overwhelming at times. You may be struggling with anxiety, low mood, relationship difficulties, loss, or simply feeling unsure of who you are or where you’re heading. Whatever brings you here, you don’t have to face it alone.

I offer 1:1 counselling and hypnotherapy in a safe, confidential and supportive space, either online or face to face in my private garden therapy room. Together, we can explore your thoughts, feelings and experiences at a pace that feels right for you, helping you gain clarity, strengthen self-understanding and move towards meaningful change.

I work with clients experiencing stress, anxiety, fears and phobias, low confidence, self-esteem or self-worth, panic attacks, relationship issues, bereavement and anticipatory grief. You may have a specific issue you would like support with, or you may simply need time and space to pause, reflect and reset.

In addition to talking therapies, I am also a qualified Reflexologist. While my core work focuses on counselling and hypnotherapy, reflexology can be offered as a complementary approach for those who wish to support both mind and body, encouraging relaxation and overall wellbeing.

I believe that every person is unique, shaped by their own experiences and life journey. My role is not to direct you, but to work alongside you offering empathy, professional insight and tailored approaches to help you find the path that feels right for you.
