About me

Are you anxious or overwhelmed, stressed or just feeling low? Perhaps you just need someone to talk to and support you through something?

As a person-centred counsellor, you are the focus of the session and by providing a calm, non-judgmental space we can explore any issues you maybe facing. I have a flexible, collaborative approach, complemented by some CBT skills & together we can develop useful coping strategies to help regulate your emotions. No issue is too big or too small and it may be that you feel you need a better balance in your life, particularly in this current world of uncertainty... so allow me to accompany you on your next chapter.

Based in The Kingshills between High Wycombe, Amersham & Great Missenden, I offer short or long term Therapeutic Counselling to adults & young people over 17 by telephone, online video call or face to face.

As a member of the National Society for Counsellors & Psychotherapists I have experience working with a diverse range of clients & specialise in anxiety, Depression, PTSD, Trauma and Low self esteem. I feel my background in beauty & holistic therapy & adult education has enabled an ability to connect quickly & deeply with my clients.

It takes great courage to seek counselling so take the final step & get in touch for a free 15 min, no obligation telephone call that will hopefully give you a sense of me & if you feel we could work well together.
